Group LIA Classes
This is your chance to rest and recover, a time where you can focus on yourself and mental strength. Group LIA classes range from group yoga sessions, stretching and walking. Yoga is a spiritual, mental and physical practice that has been around for many years. These lower intensity activities (LIA) burn calories, strengthen muscles and improve your flexibility. It is a workout which involves both the body and mind.
