What is Boxing?
INTENSE
High-intensity cardio workouts so you burn more fat in a shorter amount of time. Bursts of exerises followed by equal or longer periods of rest.

Why does boxing work?
Group boxing is a full body workout inclusive of legs, core, back, shoulders and arms. During the intense cardiovascular workout, you also practice defensive moves like bobbing-and-weaving and slipping whilst your partner acts like they are punching you.

It is a fantastic way to get out some aggression, when our lives are filled with more stress than ever before. Use boxing classes as a way to manage your stress and get those endorphins pumping.
