Our Metabolic Precision (MP) 12-Week Challenge combines structured strength training, targeted cardio, and practical nutrition coaching for real, lasting transformation. We track your progress, celebrate personal bests, and help you build strength and confidence week by week with no quick fixes, just sustainable results that make sense for life.
Programs run in 12-week cycles, progressively increasing strength and performance. For example, reps reduce while weights increase every few weeks to build power safely (12 reps → 10 → 8 → 6). You’ll train across our signature sessions FIRE (strength), ICE (cardio), Boxing, and LIA (recovery) ensuring balance, challenge, and variety.
